Hi, I’m Kym Ward of Peace, Love, and Puppies at the Creek, located in Lillington, NC. We love poodles and doodles and make it our mission to match happy, healthy puppies with loving families. Our breeding policies are based on best breeding practices every step of the way. I am committed to choosing and raising confident and strong breeding dogs so that I am able to send nurtured and loving puppies to excellent homes. I promise transparency in relation to health, temperament, and physical expectations of each puppy.
All pups are raised in my home from minute one! From Day 3 through Day 16, following the Badass Breeder’s curriculum for raising great pups, we use early neurological stimulation with age-appropriate guidelines to optimize individual development in the first few weeks of life. Pups learn how to operate within boundaries, gain confidence in problem-solving, and experience love. They have room to safely grow, play, and explore. We also work on crate exposure, early potty training, and early commands and manners.
Parent dogs have been fully Embark tested, and puppies come with a two-year genetic health guarantee. I like to keep the small puppies until they are nine weeks old, so they will have had two vet checks and sets of shots by the time they go home. They are dewormed every two weeks. Puppies are given a high-quality puppy food once they are weaned, with plenty of play, socialization, and age-appropriate, personalized encouragement!
We offer lifetime breeder support, and I am always happy to hear from the wonderful families who take home a puppy from PLP@the Creek! Once adopted, I like to know where and how each PLP pup lives. Our sales contract states that should the necessity arise, I will help with rehoming, as needed. No shelters!
